Nordic Body Mask
Use in a steam, sauna, bath or a shower. Take a handful of the powder and rub between your hands then smooth the mask onto shoulders and where ever you have sore muscles. The mask is amazing after flights to get rid of excess water weight or after a hard workout to ease muscle pain and for a faster recovery. The mask has an intense aroma of essential rosemary oil and melts onto your skin. we recommend drinking a full glass of water before and after use. It is great to use the mask 1-2 times per week or as needed.
